Soho House Cities Without Houses

First as a membership manager for the Southern region and now as Event Producer for North America, overseeing the concepting, production, and execution of member-facing events in multiple U.S. markets. My role sits at the intersection of brand, community, and growth: translating Soho House’s global ethos into locally resonant experiences that feel intimate, elevated, and unmistakably “Soho House.”

I work closely with regional teams, global leadership, and external partners to design programming that strengthen member engagement, deepened loyalty, and expanded the membership pipeline; responsible for end-to-end delivery — creative direction, budgeting, vendor sourcing, run-of-show, on-site execution, and post-event analysis — while maintaining brand standards across diverse cities and contexts. Beyond execution, I am involved in shaping how events functioned as a business and community lever, identifying gaps in engagement, proposing new formats, and building more scalable, strategic approaches to programming.

Experiential production for 20 cities across the U.S.

  • Championed and deployed Airtable as the central event management platform for global CWH Event Producers, independently building custom modules that eliminated 676 hours of annual administrative work for the global team.

  • Revitalized and expanded the talent pipeline across priority cities, securing long-term relationships and contracts with premier local partners to deliver scalable, high-caliber activations with a bespoke edge.
